The districts
Socorro ISD residents held 462 funded accounts by late July, Ysleta ISD residents 250 and Clint ISD residents 88. San Elizario, Fabens and Tornillo each had fewer than 30, so the state report doesn't list them.
Schools nearby
St. Raphael Catholic School, Jesus Chapel School and Immanuel Christian School sit in Eastwood, Shiloh Christian Academy and Father Yermo are a short drive west, and the Far East has El Paso Adventist Academy, an NHHSA campus and several small Christian academies.
Check the finder first
Some of the area's bigger schools weren't in the state finder when we checked, Immanuel Christian among them. Ask any school you're considering whether it has applied.
